The time is showing up correct for me. You may want to check your user cp to make sure everything is set up correctly

If you go to your user cp, click the edit options on the left side, and near the bottom of the page are the time adjustments. I changed it to always off. I had problems at first and that's how I fixed mine. It will probably be wrong again when the time changes again but then I'll just have to fix it again.

I think you may need check mark "adjust for daylight saving times".. Its probably off due to the recent time change.
