The best student section in NKY is and always has been Covington Catholic. It's awesome.

I think that Hazard has the one of the best fan sections so far... but i say theres better. i like them because they all are absolutely crazy

Our pep section has been great so far this season at Pike Central we have had one at every game and have painted our selves for two games...Ask East Ridge how crazy we was :-) "Sit Down Heisman"...LOL can't get enough of it...

Pike Central has the best pep section, We are crazy all the time but we get realy crazy when we lay Pikeville lol nana nana hey hey good bye...and we usually always paint ourselves well the guys anywayz lol

Yes we get a huge turnout from our students on home and away games.. We had more students then allen central had with students and fans. We are crazy. There is almost always a huge turnout.

How is that rude every other team in the region would do the same thing around tournament time im sorry if the kid cant take it that sounds like a personal problem...Plus if the pep section of the school you support said something like that to any other school that you would have been all for it...If you would think things through from both ways then it would shed a new light on your comments...;-), McCoy would have actually probley been all for it and plus its not as rude as any other school doing the **** chant k thanks bye...Oh and it was immature for ER's students to come and sit in our student section...WOOOOO i love High School Basketball brings the best out in me...

I agree 100% they wasnt cheering.....just like I seen at the game there fans almost got into a fight with David Ratliff one of ER players because the fans were saying very bad thing to him so the Ref had to tell the fans to shut up..and Heisman thing i would say it came out of jealousness

and Warrior one jealous of what a player that scored 8 points when we have a guy averaging 30 points a game, top 5 player in the region, and being recruited by WKU hmmm not to jealous and why would i be im getting offers to play soccer in college ;-) what has Fletcher gotten...and if anything congrats...i dont have anything against him i actually know him for your info...i just dont see the big deal in pep sections giving a player a hard time they might as well get use to it b/c once region and district roles around it will be coming at every player with all barrels...and with Ratliff he was saying **** so drop it ;-) u wasnt down where we was so you dont know ****...your taking what someone told you not what you saw...

Some teams are rude and their comments get a little too personal with the players. And before anything is said NO I DIDN'T SAY PIKE CENTRAL. It's every team in the region. I can remember the ER section yelling several things that were just as bad then as the things PCC or whoever is yelling now.

Some of the comments were make over stuff that players could not help but it's not that big of a deal.
East Ridge have and will say things that other teams probably get ****ed about but you suck it up and you move on. Live to play another day, be thankful for that.

The craziest team by far is the students of Hazard. I have seen many of there games and not one has had less than 100 roaring, screaming, and crazy students behind their goal cheering the whole way. I ad a chance to go to the Hazard vs. PCC game and i can say that they were the wildest pep sectiont that i have EVER seen! The whole game no matter what the score they were on there feet and cheering! During the end of the game is when i got really heated because the game was so close and they were wired! They hassled the players of PCC the whole time and i believe that that is what makes a true pep section. Hazard by far has the wildest pep section in the state!

I agree whole heartedly, the Johnson Central vs. Lawrence County game was one of the most entertaining student section battles I've seen in a while.

and i dont really bleave paintsville has a good student section at all when we(magoffin) played paintsville on the 16th we were 10 times louder then they were in their own gym and they had cops there that wouldnt let us say the stuff we wanted without being thrown out

Last year the Lawrence County Painted Crazies were the best BY FAR.
This year a lot of senior members are gone so I wouldn't say we have the best, but still VERY rowdy!
