what transfer rule
that if you transfer with out any legitamte reason to another school without changin adresses you have to sit out a full year of any type of varsity sports!

ah idk because it does make people sit out a year when you only have 4. but it does keep one school from having a major powerhouse. Mason Vance #5 for prestonsburg set out the 04 season after transfering from pikeville
I agree with the rule.
You know which schools are traditionally football schools. Enroll there as a Freshmen and save yourself the headache later on. There were a few Floyd County players that lost a year of eligibility for that reason- they were Seniors the year they had to sit out.
