On which level are we talking "Bad Administration"? The indidvidual school- principal, SBDM, AD etc... Or the district level- Board of Education, Superintendent etc...

Until everyone involved becomes committed to the success of this program it (as well as Magoffin) will be at the bottom.

i think if this program had a couple winning seasons it would spark the interest of the student body to where the guys wanted to play.
