What are the top teams and who is the key player for them?

That's a question no one in their right mind will answer. The 15th region is so wide open, NO ONE can claim superiority.

Way too early to pick a top 3.

Midseason is still early but you can at least have an idea there for that current time.

Every team is still being built. Especially teams with new coaches. Plus teams like Prestonsburg and Paintsville are teams that focus on the tournament not the season. (Last year Paintsville went to the regional tourney representing a losing season.)
Top teams yet to be determined. Some look pretty good but we have yet to really get into the meat of the season.
