87 Pikeville, 88 Pikeville, 98 Middelesboro, 03 Belfryand 04 Belfry in EKY
The 87 Pikeville team was the #1 ranked team in the state I believe at some points in the season regardless of class.
I'm sure there have many great teams over the years that I didn't list like some teams at Ashland(90 I believe), Bell County(when they won state), Breathitt County(had several great teams over the years)and Pburg. If I had to pick 1 that I have seen it would be the 87 Pikeville team.

2001 Prestonsburg was the best I seen play or played against.
The 98 Highlands team is the best that I have ever seen personally.
Although the Senior year of Brian Brohm, Trinity was awfully tough.
A couple of the Danville teams in the mid 90s. Corbin in 1996 was the best team I seen that didn't win a state title. Middlesboro in 98 was very good, as was Bardstown and Breathitt in 2002. The best team I seen the last couple of years, was Highlands last year, and Lexington Catholic this year.

Is there any reason why you feel this way?
Maybe, back up your statements with some facts?
Every team has their good and bad years. It is a lot easier to put a team down (without any logic) than it is to explain your opinion. So--if you are going to make a statement like this--then back it up with some facts.
