What about Lawrence County and Sheldon Clark? LC is definatley a team to watch out for. Who knows anyone could take the district. In games like softball and baseball its not always the talent that matters. Almost anything can interfere with the outcome form weather to moods. My opinion when you have a good attitude and you just flat out want to win, even if you are the under dog, anything can happen.

Unless there has been a change in the last year, then yes.

That's changed.

In the new alignment, the KHSAA skipped some numbers -- mainly in Northern Kentucky, which will be forced to abandon slowpitch in a year or two.

In the 15th Region, the district numbers match up to basketball.

Lawrence County does indeed have new coaching and only lost one player. They have been moved from the 16th region to the 15th and in the 57th district. They are led by senior ss Brittney Schaeffer and senior cf Keisha Bowen. I predict Lawrence will win a extra inning district championship with Johnson Central

OK.....since there were alot of teams in Ky that played only slowpitch, there were fewer fastpitch teams and that made less districts in sofball!!
That has since been changed for 2006, so that softball and baseball have the same dist.!
A lot of people just thought they were always the same. Thus the confusion when they would order shirts....

he is correct, it was changed this year from the 56th to the 57th.
