A Sad, Sad Day For Pirates Baseball
#1
Chuck Tanner, the skipper of the '79 Pirates World Series champions baseball team, died today at 82. The '79 Pirates came from a 3-1 deficit heading into game five, to come back to win the series. Chuck Tanner was a first class guy, a great baseball guy, and was loved by everyone, especially Bucco fans.

Sad indeed. I put him and Sparky in the same category as guys that loved the game and never took themselves too seriously
