Fisher with the game winning 3.
Defensive struggle doesn't define what went down in this one lol
Bynum leads the Lakers with 17
Kobe with 14 (7-20)
ekff: can you get us an update on the win-loss over/under 20 fgs stat
I'm pretty sure they're still undefeated with him under 20...
seeing as how his shot about 30 a night for a while lol
Both teams shot 35% from the field

Lakers- 3-0 - When Kobe under 20 shots
Lakers- 7-5 - When Kobe over 20 shots

This was an ugly game shooting wise. Fisher always comes up with big baskets late.

Nobody seemed to shoot the ball well in this one. Carter got a good look at the end but couldn't connect. I loved the last play on offense as a Lakers' fan: Mavs come with a double team and immediately Kobe kicks it to a wide open Fisher for the dagger.

People can say what they want about Fisher but Fisher has always hit BIG shots for the Lakers.

That's why I say he it's better for Fish to come off of the bench.
He can't guard the big name point guards anymore but his ability to remain calm and hit the shots that other teams don't account for is crucial in the playoffs.
Robert Horry used to do it for the Lakers and now Fisher is the one taking care of business.
My favorite play in Laker history was the shot Fisher took against the Spurs.
I'm sure you remember that one lol

^ My gf at the time was giving me a hard time about that game when Duncan hit his shot.
I told her if the Lakers lose I was breaking up with her.
The only bad thing was I didn't get to break up with her lol

Duncan couldn't stop Shaq either
They would both have 30 pts and 20 boards when they played lol

Yeah but Duncan was never a hater tho. Shaq would always try to run his mouth after the games and in interviews...

Can't disagree there.
Duncan has always been one of the more humble players at the microphone.
If he was the same way when it comes to contesting the refs' calls he would be in good shape lol

Cmon now, no reason to hate on Shaq.
