- After UFC announced last week that its next pay-per-view event will be their first show to broadcast in 3D in movie theaters across the country, WWE is looking to do the same. WWE is currently looking at SummerSlam to be their first PPV event offered in 3D in movie theaters.
- The latest on a possible Cody Rhodes vs. Goldust match is that WWE is considering it for Elimination Chamber in February.
- Novemberâs Survivor Series show will now take place in Phoenix, Arizona and Bragging Rights in December will take place from Memphis, Tennessee. Based on these changes, hereâs the updated WWE pay-per-view line-up for this year:
Royal Rumble â January 29th â St. Louis
Elimination Chamber â February 19th â Milwaukee
WrestleMania 28 â April 1st â Miami
Extreme Rules â April 29th â Chicago
Over The Limit â May 20th â Raleigh
Fatal 4 Way â June 17th â Toronto
TLC â July 15th â Las Vegas
SummerSlam â August 19th â Los Angeles
Night of Champions â September 23rd â Dallas
Hell in a Cell â October 28th â Philadelphia
Survivor Series â November 18th â Phoenix
Bragging Rights â December 16th â Memphis
As previously reported, WWE plans to move most of their PPV events to the WWE Network, once it launches.In the event that the Network launches in November as planned, Bragging Rights could be the first show to broadcast for free on the Network.
