5 SEC teams in the top 10, pretty good.

Im not sure how Oregon could be ranked that high. I thought they lost a lot....

Finally, the Boise nonsense ends. Starting out 22nd. Thank you coaches.

The coach's are finally understanding the true landscape of football...
however, when the press polls come out we will all get to see Oklahoma and Oregon move up while OSU magically makes it in.

USC could possibly move up in the press polls as well...
but I honestly see them as a legitimate team.

Alabama should be #1. You remain there until your beaten. That's how I feel. And now my Clemson Tigers should be #10

I like this poll. As much as I'd like to see Bama and LSU finish the season and the polls as they did last year, we won't see another SEC National Championship. USC will run the table, USC will be in the title game playing the winner of the Bama/LSU SEC regular season game.

As much as I despise Lane Kiffen, think USC breaks the SEC's streak of National Champs.

I agree. USC is going to be tough.

I'm not an SEC guy, but I would not sell Saban and Miles short when it comes to the Title game. USC is going to be good no doubt, but they have a tendency to stumble against someone they shouldn't. That being said, I don't see anyone beating an SEC team this year. 'Bama or LSU will win in the end.

Of course this is still a lot of football left to be played! LOL

I think these are solid rankings. I would say Florida State could make some noise with the players they have as freshmen but they've let people down before. Georgia could get overlooked as well.
