I like Rock in the Top 10 but I don't like them above Knox Central quite yet. As Ric Flair famously said, "to be the man you have to beat the man". Rock has not proven they can "beat the man" in quite some time. Keep in mind these comments are coming from a devout Rockcastle County fan but the truth is the truth.
