That really makes it illegitimate... The only ones in the discussion are the ones marketed? The only fair way is to evaluate every region in each state and rank from there.... Not how much money the parents can throw away.

There are camps that rank on attendance/pay such as Rick Bolus. Rowe was ranked at AAU nationals and by NYAA which is a pay to attend company, Rowe has never attended NYAA and they have her ranked 17th in her class. Rowe has never paid anyone/program to be ranked. But if you do want ranked you have to go out and play against the best to see where you stand.

She is a great basketball player, and it's all about getting out there and getting exposure. That being said it is obvious that she will drop significantly in the rankings as she moves through high school, and the kids in her grades are seen by more scouting services. But she will remain a pretty high ranked player. Won't matter as far as colleges go because as soon as she gets a U of L offer in a couple years she will commit and rightfully so. But 2nd best player in the nation for her grade is a bit questionable.

Your statement is all good until you get to your last sentence that contradicts all your posts. Someone obviously is putting the word out there about the ranking.
