CovCath knocked off Beechwood for the fourth time in the past five years, so we're making up for the seven or eight straight they beat us from around '93 to '00.
Beechwood had it second and one from the 2 with a minute left, they got stopped two times to make it fourth and one, and they made it down to the one. Then, there's around 13 seconds left, and Beechwood tries to run off tackle, and their runner got stopped on forward progress, so they blew the whistle, but the back didn't stop, and ran around the edge into the edzone, but since the play was dead, the clock was still running and he was just wasting time. They ran up to the line and the quarterback tried to dive in as time ran out, but got stopped.
