Georgia's national championship football team is declining an invitation to visit the White House.

I would decline a personal invitation to visit the White House, but championship sports teams have fans and supporters across the political spectrum and should never decline such an invitation. It was wrong when teams declined White House invitations from the Trump White House and it is wrong for teams to decline invitations from the Biden White House.
