Purely guessing, but:

This is one seriously tough district to predict. Buff may have nailed it but I think Rockcastle will stumble. I also think 1st round playoff losses for any team from this district is very possible as it seems like a major rebuilding year from top to bottom. All things equal, I have to give the nod to any team coached by Dudley.
