Something to ponder

In the past 3 months i have lost around 35 lbs.. I'm not on drugs or anything, I just lost my appetite. well now i'm trying to quit smoking, and i can't get enough to eat.. I think i'm goin to gain about 100 lbs.. so anyways.. right now i have the muchies, and i can't find anything to eat.. grr.. any suggestions..

Smoking just makes constant cravings so keeping something in your mouth other than food might help. Try the Nicorette gum or just gum or candy period. My friend chewed on a straw, one used Altoids, etc.

Buy a crockpot. Its worked miracles for my wife. Weve had crockpot dinners the last week and im loving it. Pot roast, stuffen with chicken, spaghetti.. good stuff.

what am i goin to do with a crockpot? i work all the time lol..

That are very portable devices taxi. You could cook your pot roast while you sleep and then take it with you in your crockpot and eat on it all night at work.

hahah. that's a thought QQ lol.. but i'm a pretty lousy cook lol..

go on the subway diet..
or just eat whatever u want n work out a little
