Any newer model Chrysler mechanics out there?

I need help.

Got in my car Monday morning and went to roll down the windows. They decided not to roll down so I thought no big deal I'll turn on the air. Well low and behold the air decided that it wasn't going to work either.

Needless to say i'm not driving that thing in 80+ degree weather without either the windows rolling down or the air working.

Compressor is fine. The climate control panel is not lit up.

I have checked every fuse and none are blown. I have heard that there are some issues with the newer dodge and chrysler ignitions that cause this.

It is a 2004 Chrysler Concorde LXI.

Sounds like the big fuses under the hood.
