In girls soccer tonight, Letcher Central defeated Lawrence County 4-0.

Good job by both team's :Cheerlead. This was LC first ever high school soccer game and I for one was very proud of how these girls did. We only had about a month and a half of practice and all but 3 of them had never played soccer before. They knew Letcher was a good team and they are. BUt I think Lawrence Co might have even surprised them self with this out come. The Lady Dawgs only have up to go from here they only play 9 games this season but with no seniors and now with a lot more girls wanting to play next year maybe the can compete with some school next year. Agian thank's Letcher Central for the game and good luck to both team the rest of the year
