Micah Johnson makes final cut
#1
Former UK MLB, Micah Johnson went undrafted and signed with the Giants, then later was released from the team, the Dolphins then picked up Micah and now he's made the final cut and will be a Dolphin this season.

Congrats Micah!!!

Is anyone else realising how much talent our football program is putting out nowadays? How many Cats have been drafted and signed over the last five years?

Still on a NFL team from the Rich Brooks era:

Steve Johnson - Buffalo Bills
Keenan Burton - St. Louis Rams
Myron Pryor - New England Patriots
John Conner - New York Jets
Wesley Woodyard - Denver Broncos
Micah Johnson - Miami Dolphins
Trevard Lindley - Philadelphia Eagles
Tim Masthay - Green Bay Packers
Corey Peters - Atlanta Falcons
Garry Williams - Carolina Panthers
Jacob Tamme - Indianapolis Colts

I think that's it.

kind of an update on lindley. i am an eagles fan and have been watching lindley. he is looking pretty good and is making progress. it looks like he may be the nickle cb by the start of the season. he is very well received by the fan base, which is always hard. he looks good and could get some major playing time.

Jacob Tamme gets solid PT for the Colts.
Did he get cut?

Forgot about him.

Tamme is actually their #2 guy at TE behind Pro Bowl TE, Dallas Clark.

When its all said and done. John Conner might be the best player to EVER come out of UK. When the Jets are seriously considering cutting their 16 year vet FB Trent Richardson and start "The Terminator" in his place. That should tell us all something. I saw what kind of player this kid was going to be when I watched him at the 2006 Music City Bowl as a freshmen.
