Letcher Co Central's Tyler Smith will be signing to run Cross Country at Pikeville College Monday. Smith sent me a message via Facebook, and told me to post it on bluegrass rivals. Tyler has won Regional Champ and Regional Runner up in his career at Letcher Central. We are so proud of you Tyler.
