Did Santorum win Iowa?
#1
Iowa has yet to certify the results. Because of the close vote an automatic recount was ordered. Rumors are being to come out the the results may flip with Santorum being declared the real winner. :yikes:
What would this do to the GOP race?

It would probably lead to a revision of the definition of the word "historical" in the Romney camp.

That would be a double-help to Santorum:
1. Have a WIN under his belt
2. Just sealed up the Evangelical vote.

Remember the polls that showed so many people really do not like Romney at all, but believe he is the only one that can win. Do any of them change their mind for Santorum now? Maybe it is wishful thinking because Romney comes off to me as a jerk and a guy whose political philosophy comes and goes with the polls and wind, BUT...................................................................................................................

Romney will still get the nomination when it all comes down.

There is something "plastic" about Romney. I would like to see the GOP race get down to two or three candidates for most of the spring with hard campaigning by all. SO that who ever gets the nomination is more seasoned for the fall election

A new count put Santorum ahead by 34 votes but the state party decides to call it a tie.

Why cant they seriously get counts right the first time.

Everything should be done on a hand scanner and electronically sent to the state capital or something instead of backward ass county clerks offices doing recounts and stuff of that nature.

If he is clearly ahead, why call it a tie?
