Thoughts?

The game will be senior night for football, band, cheer, dance. The game is at the normal time of 7:30pm.

Early in the season both teams will be sloppy. Rowan returns some nice pieces Off a 6-5 team last year but Devils still too much in a closer game than you thought. Conley will have a big night on both sides of the ball

Schedule says they open with Lawrence.

Lawrence Canceled and then Shelby County Canceled so now Russell plays Rowan County. That could change as well with uncertain times.

I don't know much about what Rowan County has this year but I expect a big game from Nathan Conley of Russell. I will take Russell by a score of 38-10. Chase Snedegar Is a Sleeper for Russell not many know about as well. He has dealt with several injuries. If he stays healthy for his senior season he should compliment Conley. I forgot to Mention Ethan Sharp will also compliment Conley at RB.

Russell BiG. Anyone heard about tickets and attendance at Russell Home games yet? Sounds like colleges in KY going with 20% capacity. Average fans wanting to attend games this year are going to have a tough time.

Red Devils are in for a rude awaking if they think they'll just run over the Vikings. 28-14 Rowan

TJ Maynard added his cousin Scott Grizzle to the Russell Staff to replace Nevan Johnson. Grizzle was only with Fairview as an assistant for a short time.

I’m just excited there’s going to be some football for both the players and fans to enjoy. In these times of uncertainty this could be ANY teams first AND last game of the season. Good Luck to both Rowan and Russell.
