No wonder we have one of the hardest major languages to master:

I've always heard that English is the hardest language to learn. I'm very thankful that it is my main language

I always thought French was the hardest language to learn but English is very difficult to learn.

talking to college professors of many diffrent languages say the reasoning behind English being so hard to learn is sentence structure. As well our conjunctions such as we are / we're. Also the way we use tense verbs. That is all from college professors and not my opinon.
