Chase Cates of Letcher Central went from 119 last year to 69 this year. His time last year was 19:19 and this year I think his time was 18:28. Almost a whole minuets faster.

If I am not mistaken, our top 5 runners all return next year.

Those guys were a solid unit this season that cared about their team more than themselves...I think that leads precisely to the type of success they had, and will continue to have.
