East Ridge's Joel Meade went the distance tonight striking out 15 batters. Payton Elswick hit a 2 run home run in the game also.


East Ridge will face Pikeville Wednesday night for the District Championship.

This was a great game tonight...both teams played well and the umpires were terrific......East Ridge will advance to the finals Wednesday against the Pikeville Panthers....

No surprise here. Seems like every year Shelby Valley can handle East Ridge in the regular season but always lose in the district tournament to them.

I think SV's cupcake schedule down the stretch probably played a part in this loss.
