Two-time Enquirer all-star and Division I prospect Hunter Jones has transferred Lakeland High School in Long Beach, Calif., according to Bellevue coach Rob Sanders.

Looks like things will be different this year for the Tigers

Rob told me that he has an "A" level schedule with "D" level talent. They will get buried this year.

^ I disagree with this. Rob will still be competitive. He certainly is weaker without Hunter, but he will have this team funamentally sound. Tony Piper will be his go to guy on the mound. Tony does not throw the hardest, but he is a very good "Spot" pitcher. He will keep Rob and the Tigers in a lot of games.
