Estill County defeated the Pirates 3-2 earlier in the season.

Estill County (8-2) averaging 7.2 runs per game...holding opponents to 2.4 runs per game

Powell County (5-5) averaging 5.7 runs per game...holding opponents to 4 runs per game.

Only Common opponent between the two, thus far, is Bath County. Estill defeated Bath 2-1...Powell County defeated Bath 12-1..both games were at Bath County.

Powell Played some good competition in Myrtle beach at the Cal Ripken Experience, including the 13th ranked team in the nation North Bucombe and losing 7-4. Powell came back from South Carolina with a 2-2 record.

Who was the other team that beat Powell? KHSAA has Powell 2-1 with wins over Fordham NY and Burlington IL and the loss to North Buncombe NC
