What really works? What is healthy?

I've heard good things about the No2, I have an instruction manuel at the house somewhere.

You just have to be careful on how you take it.

NO2 gives muscle mass where as creatine gives water weight

NO2 and Swole are both good.

Creatine worked when I took it. Went up 30 pounds on my bench press in a couple weeks.
