No sir, there are no legitimate reasons for 24 pallet loads of ballots being shipped from New York (across three state lines) to Harrisburg, PA, letting the driver sit there for 6 hours until he came back in and asked what was going on, and then telling him to drive on down to Lancaster, PA. There have been legitimate charges of fraud coming from all quarters regarding this election. Those who're celebrating anyway are the ones who should be upset. When the law becomes eroded for one, it is eroded for all. Why not if there is nothing to hide, merely capitulate and expose once and for all to see that the charges of red neck idiocy being made against Trump supporters are right? 

Let Dominion prove their machines are not easily hackable, and let Smartmatic prove their software does not contain algorithms that can be programmed to switch votes from one candidate to another. The whole thing in both cases would take up about an afternoon. Why not put this thing to bed?

Are you familiar with the concept of discovery in a civil lawsuit or criminal proceeding? If you are, then you should already know the answer to your question. As I already explained above, Lin Wood has already requested subpoenas for all security cameras in the building. By getting the evidence through a court order, the plaintiff can maintain the chain of custody until trial.

If they were to run to court with evidence provided by a third party and unbeknownst to them, the video had been edited, then a jury or judge could choose to disregard all of the evidence in the video. If the state of Georgia produces evidence that has been tampered with, then that would probably strengthen the plaintiff's case.

What people who are chanting that there is no proof of widespread fraud fail to acknowledge, or simply do not understand out of ignorance, is that most of the evidence that has been gathered and presented so far has been volunteered by eyewitnesses. There have been court orders to protect potential evidence such as the voting hardware, but the discovery phase of the litigation has not yet been completed.

A full audit is needed, but the Georgia state legislature needs to rescind the power that was delegated to the Secretary of State so that neither he nor the governor play any role in the process of selecting electors. The Governor has refused to call a special session of the legislature, so the legislature should convene on their own.

This is not directed at you, Mr. IAmADeacon, but to anybody browsing who stumbles upon this post.

What many people do not understand is that one avenue for Trump winning this election is through the state legislatures, in lieu of or in combination with Supreme Court actions. What Giuliani and the rest of Trump's legal team are doing is trying to convince the key Republicans in the state legislatures of Pennsylvania, Georgia, Michigan, Arizona, and Nevada that there was enough fraud and other illegally cast votes to warrant sending Trump electors to Congress. 

The public hearings that have been held in hotels and convention centers were necessary because most of the legislatures are not in session. State legislatures have the constitutional authority to hold a meeting on their own, if they determine that there is a reasonable chance that a majority of legislators will vote for a Trump slate of electors or to take some other action, such as decertifying certifications made by Secretaries of State.

Some of the lawsuits that have been filed have been filed by Sidney Powell, Lin Wood, and others whose goals may align with the Trump legal team's objectives, but who are not members of the team. Powell has filed lawsuits in Georgia, Michigan, and Arizona.

The lawsuits that the Trump legal team and by others are not "lost" until they have been withdrawn or dismissed. Cases filed by Powell and Wood are very much alive, as are cases that the Trump team filed in Nevada and Wisconsin. Pennsylvania's very political Supreme Court may have succeeded in stealing the state for Biden. (Pennsylvania Supreme Court Justices are elected. Currently, it includes 5 Democrats and 2 Republicans and most of the decisions on election-related cases have been split mostly along party lines.)

Despite all of the ridicule that Democrats have hurled at Sidney Powell, IMO, her cases have the best chance of resulting in Trump winning the election. She has focused on the hundreds of thousands of votes that were flipped from Trump to Biden and Trump votes that were discarded by the Dominion hardware and Smartmatic software. The Trump legal team apparently decided that making the fraud case based on issues with the election machines and software would take to long to make. The number of votes allegedly manipulated by Dominion and Smartmatic are mind boggling and the Supreme Court may be reluctant to dismiss Powell's cases, only to have her proven right after the election. That would be some major egg on the faces of the justices.

Regardless of the outcome of the election, the issue of fraud in the 2020 election is not going away anytime soon. There should be a large number of criminal prosecutions and large civil lawsuits resulting from the evidence that Powell, Wood, and the Trump legal team have assembled. If that doesn't happen, then we may never see another fair state or federal election in this country.

No honest person could watch the videos of the testimony given by election workers, voting machine and statistics experts, and vote count observers and conclude that there is no evidence of widespread fraud. No honest person would decline an opportunity to watch such testimony and claim that there is no evidence. We are not dealing with honest people here and I would say the same thing if one of them claimed to be the Pope.

During the period of time that voting was reportedly stopped because of a broken water main, four crooked Democrats continued to count votes after telling observers that the voting had been halted until the following morning. The voting that was done during that period included 126,000+ more votes for Biden than Trump. Note that far more votes were counted by only four Democrats, with no Republican observers, than at any other time during the day. The excuse for reportedly "halting" the vote count was concocted. There was no broken water main and there was no legitimate reason to have stopped the count, which was in fact, halted only long enough to get the Republican observers out of the room.

One minute you're talking about 40 cases which have been either thrown out or rejected for standing, which is absurd, and the next you're saying nothing has shown up in court. Can't have it both ways mrtvtime, even in La-La-Land.

The last thing the left wants is to see this thing in court. That's where evidence would have to come out, and in that 'case,' have to be legally dealt with. And I can assure it would not be good for Biden. The Trump legal team cases have been thrown out, sidestepped, and run over by so-called impartial judges who cannot separate their political bent from matters of the law. They could never allow cases filed by the President's legal team to see the light of day because they would have to admit the evidence involved, not just deny its existence outside the court system without giving any of those cases a fair hearing. Trump's legal team is knocking at the door of the court, nobody will answer.

It is laughably amazing to listen to Democrats, leaders and fomentors of the resistance the past decade, now speak of the sanctity of the Constitution and adherence to the law. Conservatives have good reason for strict constitutionalist interpretation of the law. The founders intended it to be that way. But Dems have ever more steadfastly denied a strict interpretation of the law in favor of the 'living document' philosophy. Under which, light and transient social causes more often than not, supersede established law. Conservatives want to preserve proven law; progressives want a sliding scale to blend with the changing norms they have used a sympathetic court to legislate for them. And why? Because the people would never have accepted the changing of those norms. We've been legislated into submission.

Lawlessness very nearly is now, and soon surely will be the rule rather than the oft exception. I mean, Dems can't let a little thing like the law get in the way of free immigration and free trade. That's not who Barack said we are. But as I have said, in diminishing the binding nature of the law we are preparing the way for the soon coming reveal of antichrist.
