And thats ridicolous.
If coal companies were able to see a fluxuation of permits granted, then those would be a lot cheaper because of the piles of coal.

I hate utility companies that buy off of KU.
Jackson, Cumberland Valley, etc are all major ripoffs.

I have Cumberland Valley and my bill was 400 last month, and when I had my other place which was about the same size, it was KU and the highest bill i ever got there was like 180
