This statement, no matter how you try to twist it, is either outright lie, or a moron statement. Tell all the US diplomats killed in the last 30 years, that are dead, that they weren't killed, and weren't US Diplomats. No..wait... you can't , they're dead.

Looking at your lists, there seems to be far more non-diplomats on them than diplomats. Yet, you are once again accusing somebody else of twisting sorts and distorting facts. Your hypocrisy never ceases to amaze me.
