Since then CSKA have won their last three matches in all competitions but they go into this match without the suspended Pontus Wernbloom and Alan Dzagoev, with the latter being a particularly big loss to them.

Bayern Munich weren’t overly convincing in their opening match in the group against Man City but a late goal from Jerome Boateng got the job done and they’ll be looking to enhance their position in this group in this match. Bayern are looking very solid at the minute and haven’t conceded a goal in their last five in all competitions. Franck Ribery will be hoping to return from injury in this match to give Pep Guardiola another attacking option.
