"A humanist misfit"... Well, better than excrement I guess. Do you happen to recall what prompted Ike to say that of Brennan? Since I doubt you read Brennan's speech, let me give one quote:
" If we are to be as a shining city upon a hill, it will be because of our ceaseless pursuit of the Constitutional ideal of human dignity.". Also, how can a person read Revelation 18 and at least not give pause to ponder the rise of the corporate state and the worship of mammon as the ultimate devaluer of the dignity of the individual human being? "Blessed are the poor...woe unto the rich"?
