I'm not a coach but the second best team was 2008 before Watts got hurt.when he got hurt the team struggled. that team actually beat harlan. 16 is third best team but tied for wins because Ind schedule. you may not like it but you have to play a Dist sked to earn true respect next year is there chance to earn it. good luck.
