Very simple to me. I don't want either side to be in control. 50/50 everywhere and 50/50 at every single table at the polling place. This is how it was always intended to be before Dems in big cities hijacked it...A Republican state is not going to let a 90% Dem urban area have the ability to swing their state with shenanigans (cheating) any longer.
