Biden throws a bone to the trial lawyers who donate millions of dollars to Democrats to secure federal employment and legislation that improve their own job prospects. This should be good for a few more million in 2022 and 2024 donations to Democrat coffers. Taxpayers pay for Democrats buying votes again. This will cost taxpayers $150 to $300 per hour for representing invaders to this country. Meanwhile, millions of American citizens get stuck with incompetent public defenders. Your Democrat Party at work.
