Racism is alive and well in the party that gave birth to the KKK

What I do support is 'truth'. And the truth stands. This *might* pass constitutional muster. I'm not sure. But the equal protections clause isn't absolute, as I pointed out. Men can not get WIC. This, on paper, is a direct violation of the EPC. So if that, and affirmative action, are both able to pass constitutional muster -- then I'm not sure why this wouldn't.

And finally...  The program is managed, administered, and funded wholly by an NGO. Nothing can change that fact.

This further would insulate it from judicial scrutiny.

Defending the program. haha. I despise the program.. about as much as you despise truth. And thats unfortunate.
The feeling is mutual. I regret that such a statist chose the name ronald reagan for a member name. You are a big upgrade as a debate opponent over the four socialists that post here regularly, but that is a low bar to clear. I refuse to believe that any true conservative could believe that Joe Biden is a "decent guy." Decent guys don't send a crackhead son to collect bribes for the family. Decent guys do not touch little girls inappropriately, nor do they sniff the hair of females of all ages. Decent guys are not serial liars and plagiarists. Your assessment of Biden as a decent guy and your demonization of Trump show your true character.

I had many issues with Trump before he assumed office, not the least of which was his lack of any prior record of conservatism, and I am hoping that he does not run in 2024. But when a man (or woman) assumes the presidency and posts some very important accomplishments, then he deserves credit for those accomplishments.
