Lying to the FBI is a crime?!!!  Aren't you the same guy who dies on the Michael Flynn hill of the evil FBI and their unlawful tactics?

 

The difference is Biden will allow justice to be served instead of the previous President who stood in the way of justice so Flynn wouldn't sing on him.

I believe that the FBI knew that Sussman was lying. Mueller tried to trap Flynn after his investigation had already learned that the allegations of Russian collusion were a hoax. In the case of Sussman, he lied to the FBI to protect Clinton and the DNC but Comey didn't care because he was a party to the hoax and accepting Sussman's lie at face value was a part of the cover-up.

Mueller completed his investigation and Trump did not interfere in the investigation. Trump fired Comey because he is a liar and a crook.

The Russian collusion allegations were part of a hoax. There was nothing for Trump to cover up. Not even Trump's slimy, backstabbing personal attorney's betrayal of Trump was enough to warrant any charges against Trump. If Sussman talks, there will be some big names fitted for orange jumpsuits.
