the boyd lc matchup was a thriller.it was tied 1-1 after the 1st inning until the 5th inning when boyd laced a two run triple in the gap of right center.lc came right back with two runners on but could not get them in.boyd then came up with 3 more runs in the 6th for the final score.the big difference this time around was that all of boyds runs were earned.the last game all of their runs were unearned.the lady dawgs played great with only 4 errors in 4 games.they had to play 4 games on sat. and boyd only had to play two but it was their tourney.
