Biden has already exceeded the life expectancy male for an American male and he is obviously in very poor health. It seems crazy to even ask the question of whether he will be able to take a 3 AM call. If there is a national emergency, somebody will probably have to wake him up for a 3 PM call.

I expect that Republicans will retake the House and pick up several Senate seats in 2020.
