Great post and I agree, GRC will probably never be a true 6A State Champion contender vs Trinity, Male and the likes but they should be competing for District and Regional titles with the talent they have had coming through the program.  1 - They have to keep the talent at GRC.  2 - they need to start a wrestling program (to not have one at a 6A school that close to Lexington is just crazy.  3.  Administration has to get out of the hire a new coach every 3 years mentality.  Having gotten to know Coach Chirico the last few years and his situation, this is the perfect fit for him and for GRC.
