The schedules are put in by ADs or Head Coaches. That is one of the reasons some are completed and others are not. Since this is the second year of a contract year, most schedules are the same just flipped home or away opposite of last year. If your team is in a Bowl, that opponent may change to one of the other teams involved in that Bowl.
