All jokes aside, I think Middlesboro will be fine. We will take our knocks and bangs but everything will be okay. Just praying they all will be safe and injury free. As I do all boys that step on any field anywhere.

And that all the calls are fair,”

And while the player heard this voice,
He bowed his head in prayer,
“I pray for fairness,” said the boy
“And for your tender care.”

“You shall be blessed,” the Lord replied,
“Your team and you the same,
And now will you excuse me boy,
I cannot miss this game.”

A friend sent this to me. I did say goodbye, but I felt like I needed to share this. I hope you all enjoy this as much as I did...it made me cry.

I am from Middlesboro and I can assure you that there is more than the QB with speed on offense. I know of at least one that is faster than our QB. I am not going to argue, I know that we get beat down on here and I am not going through this back and forth crap anymore. You can count us out if you like, but that is your mistake.

Look at Middlesboro's roster, which is not complete. There is a player listed on there twice. Do not know why he is listed twice, but he is. That is the truth. Here is a point I want to make...it behooves me that everyone gets on here, beats MHS down. The kids, the coach, and our super. So if no one is worried about us, there is way too much attention given to us for teams not to be worried. I have got on here and argued with a teenager...that has stopped. He is on my ignore list to keep me out of trouble. It is peculiar to me that a moderator deletes my post and I have read the rules and lets the bickering go back and forth, and God knows I have tore that kid down. Only because he has harassed Middlesboro players, berated them, and even predicted how bad they are going to be us. That team will be in our house September 04, 2015. I take football very seriously. When I walk into Bradner Stadium there is something that comes over me that I can't explain. I smell football, I taste it, and I can feel it. Football does not end when MHS's season is over. I have Alabama to look forward to and of course, the NFL. Now, that is as truthful as I can get. I have a dog in this fight, but make no mistake, I have MHS in my blood and I will be right there to cheer them on until the day I die. Truth. You want to call the kid I'm talking about out, that is fine. I will tell you if you are right.

Sure you will!!!!! Just love the game. Win or lose. Some find that hard to believe because of my gender. I love competition, I love to win. I can take losing, though. As long as we are beaten fairly and we play hard. I do not make it hard to figure out who I am, because quite frankly, I am a face to face person. The only reason I got on this site to begin with, is because I was being accused of being someone else. And when my son's initials got put on here...well, that sealed the deal. I am loyal, not just in trivial things, but in my life, my work, and how I conduct every day life. Whitley is not the team I was talking about on September 04...you are the week before. If you want to break me, there is one way, hurt my children or any child for that matter. I cannot stand it, but I attacked a silly teenager over my sons and my team. Truth...my son does not even know this site exists. He does not have Twitter, he does not have FB. The teenager I attacked was irresponsible and foolish on my part. But daggone, I have never been made so mad in my life. Now watch me, PJ...when that team walks in Bradner Stadium, I will be on their side to greet them. I will be dressed in Black and Gold and I will sit with their crowd. Promise. I do not have enough sense to be afraid of anything. My older son went out of Middlesboro and signed to play baseball, I hate baseball, would rather watch grass grow...but I was right there. I sit on Harlan Co's field and listened to their fans scream to hit my son when he stepped into the batter's box. Damnation, hell broke loose and I was escorted to my car by deputies. But you know what...my son caught the ball in that game that cost Harlan Co to lose the district in 2012. I swore I would never go back to that field, well I ate those words, the little one decided to play baseball! They beat us this year and there was no crying, gnashing of the teeth, that is just the way it is. Someone has to win and someone had to lose. Doesn't mean I like, just take it like a man. I have a great deal of respect for your Coach. He was wonderful with my child, on and off the field. So good luck in your endeavors, I hope your team plays injury free and except for Middlesboro...I will cheer for your guys because of the integrity of your coach. Not just as a coach, but as a good man. :rockon:

Please name the players that I missed. Not being mean either, but there may be a situational starter 1 or 2 maybe. Starters returning are 3 . Name position if you do not want to name their name.

Running back and outside linebacker. Positions were different last year. Started on defense last year as safety at times and corner. Offense, wide receiver alternated in and out with senior. Mid season became starter in that position. 2 more coming in the back field, strong and fast.
