After fleecing taxpayers for 17 years as a member of the House of Representatives, Jesse Jackson, Jr., just stopped showing up for work and starting building an excuse for being a crook. Despite not campaigning for reelection in person and despite the rumors that he would probably be forced to resign if elected, Jackson managed to win reelection with 63 percent of the vote.
As long as black voters continue to vote for criminals by huge margins simply because of the color of a candidate's skin, the Democratic Party will continue to exploit them for political gain.

Actually, he is telling the truth rather than being silenced by political correctness. Jesse Jr. takes after his father.
