So as I stated in an earlier post today, I am beginning to do my Thanksgiving cooking.
I plan to brine my turkey, but I have NEVER done this before.
I'd love to hear some of your guy's suggestions, tips and brine recipes!!

I made up my own recipe! It was delicious. I'll never make another turkey unless it's brined!! Soooo juicy and tender!!

I love deep fried, too. That used to be my favorite; until I brined this bird!!

Brine means salty.
I made mine with vegetable stock, sea salt and fresh lemons.
Most recipes include a lot of spices, i.e. rosemary, thyme, sage etc
I didn't go with a lot of spices this time, but next time I will.
