Default Hagans Coming Back Next Year??
This could just be a stirring of the pot and mishap in judgement which hes been known for as of late. But Hagans said in a reply to Nick Richards that we will miss you

Definitely a lot of reaching with this and what it means but it could happen is suppose.

ESPN reporting all seniors may get an extra year of eligibility if they would like to compete another year. Interesting to watch as this could also cause some recruits to change schools.

This is definitely something to look at going forward.

Were that to happen, the domino effect would be insane.

They made a post yesterday that they are unlikely to allow Christmas sport seniors to return for another season. So no Nate Sestina again its looking.

If they allow it to happen:

1. Any chance that the transfer portal were anything short of free agency would be taken out back and shot in the head;

2. Schools and players would have to make a decision on whether to honor a scholarship/commitment, especially for incoming freshman whose status in regards to playing time, asking out of a LOI, or redshirting just got rather cut-throat;

3. Smaller schools either have their talent raided by larger programs or face budget problems where the caused by the cost of an additional player that they would not have had otherwise (and no one else thought was good enough to try and snatch from them);

4. In large part, the rich would get richer as the primary beneficiaries of this change are your national powerhouses like Kentucky-- they usually don't use all of their scholarships (or might give one to a kid who'd still walk-on without one anyway), the variable cost per player for the program isn't even a consideration in their athletics budget, they get an extra year from the grad transfer that they plucked from another school last year & they're also first in line for any kid that they want to offer as the deck shuffles again;
