If you want to upload and attach a pic from your personal computer or phone, you have to click the "go advanced" buttion beside the the "post quick reply" button below and upload your image.

If you want to post a pic from anywhere across the internet, you need to right click the image, then click properties, then copy the url address.
Then you come back to BGR and click the little yellow icon with the mountain and moon and it bring up a prompt to type in an address. Make sure you delete the prefix http: and then paste what you have copied and your image should appear when you post.
This also works when you want to use a pic for your avatar or sig
