the national weather service has issused serve flooding for the state of North Carolina due to Tarheel fan tears.this is the same system that has haunted Ohio the last few days and has moved southeast.call all your family and friends in NC and OH and tell them to move to higher ground. or better yet come to KY... NO CRYING HERE,LOL
