Redefining Morality From the Bench
#1
Yet again we see an example of the left's utter lunacy manifest itself in the court system with an attempt to redefine the laws of God and man by another rudderless moron, that in this country passes for a judge.

Turned in to authorities by her own mother, Rosalina Gonzales gets 5 years probation and loses custody of ALL her children for swatting her 2 year old daughter on her buttocks. This caused some momentary redness on her little bottom.

"You don't spank children today" judge Jose Longoria is quoted as having said, "In the old days, maybe we got spanked, but there was a different quarrel. You don't spank children."

KZTV10.com reports that the ruling judge in the case made it clear that spanking is a crime

As I have said before morality did not originate within the mind of men. Morality is a concept that God passed down to man to govern himself and his actions with his family, friends and the rest of humanity. Here is what the God who had to but speak this universe into existence said about spanking;
Prov 13:24 He that spareth his rod hateth his son, but he that loveth him chasteneth him betimes.
Prov 22:15 Foolishness is bound up in the heart of a child, but the rod of correction shall drive it far from him.
Prov 23:13-14 Withhold not correction from the child: for if thou beatest him with the rod, he shall not die. Thou shalt beat him with the rod, and shalt deliver his soul from hell. (the word die in verse 13 refers to the eternal death suffered by those who don't repent)

Judge Longoria usurped God's Word from the bench. What would be so bad about just enforcing the laws we have had on the books for hundreds of years? Oh no, we have to have new ones every darn day. Texas Governor Perry said the left is "arrogant", hard to argue that one. Kids always feel a tremendous terror when seperated from their parents. Immagine the hurt and concern the family in question is feeling at this moment because of the judge's misguided actions.
